Martin Luther King Blvd. Sidewalk Improvements
Harrison County, MS

Harrison County needed to do improvements on the sidewalks down Martin Luther King Blvd. Seymour Engineering was hired to perform work consisting of sidewalk and drainage infrastructure improvements. This project was completed in 2011 with a final construction cost of $315,000 and funded by MDOT.
Mallett Road Sidewalk

The City of D’Iberville asked Seymour Engineering to put in a new sidewalk along Mallett Road. Work consisted of construction of new sidewalks and pedestrian crosswalks, ADA ramp, traffic signal, and signs. This project was completed in 2010 with a final construction cost of $130,000 and funded by MDOT.
Central Avenue Roadway Improvements

In 2009, Central Avenue was in need of major improvements, so the City of D’Iberville hired Seymour Engineering to handle the improvements. This project included roadway widening, utility relocation, drainage, storm sewer, water service, sanitary sewer upgrades, sidewalks, street lighting, traffic signals, signs & markings, landscaping, and surveying. This project was completed in 2010 with a final construction cost of $4 million and funded by CDBG.
Brochure: Promenade Parkway Improvements
In Spring of 2009, Seymour Engineering was tasked by the City of D’Iberville to develop the Promenade Parkway. This Parkway is a 5-lane road that runs from highway 15 through the Promenade shopping area. This project included widening the road from 3 to 5 lanes, storm sewer and drainage upgrades, traffic signals, street lighting, sidewalks, crosswalks, and surveying. It was completed early spring of the following year (2010) and cost $2.5 million.
Sangani Boulevard Widening

In 2011, Seymour Engineering took on the widening of Sanganie Boulevard to accommodate the increase in traffic due to the Promenade shopping area. This project included widening the road, adding sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, and traffic control devices. It was completed January 2014 with a final construction cost of $2.3 million and funded by MDOT.
Over-Lay of North East Parking Lot, East Parking Lot, and South West Parking Lot – Jefferson Davis Campus – Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College hired Seymour Engineering to take care of three parking lots for their Jefferson Davis campus in Gulfport, MS. These projects included removing existing asphalt, asphalt overlay and re-stripe existing parking lot, asphalt paving and striping parking lot, storm water drainage improvements, new sidewalks, drainage structures, island curbs, curb and gutters, installing parking lot lighting, and surveying. The North East parking lot was completed in 2007 and cost nearly $700,000. The East parking lot was completed in 2007 and cost $750,000. The South West parking lot was completed in 2011 and cost just over $880,000.
