Seymour Engineering has been part of several utility projects, some of which are shown below.
Rudy Moran Water Tower Rehabilitation

The Rudy Moran water tower received a much needed rehabilitation in the summer of 2014. Seymour Engineering was hired by The City of D’Iberville to handle the rehabilitation. Work included blasting and priming, an intermediate coat, a final coat, and various equipment upgrades. The tower itself was another project completed by Seymour Engineering in 2001. It is an elevated 200,000 gallon water tank with a 12″ water main.

South Railroad Avenue Force Main Relocation
Hancock County, MS
Hancock County Water and Sewer hired Seymour Engineering to relocate a force main along S. Railroad Ave. The work consisted of removing and relocating an existing 10″ force main from an existing bridge into a directional bore under and along side of the proposed bridge replacement. This project was completed in 2009 and cost almost $70,000.
Hurricane Katrina Restoration & Mitigation of Lift Stations
After Hurricane Katrina, the City of D’Iberville hired Seymour Engineering to restore lift stations that took damage during the storm. This work included the replacement of control panels, pumps, and platforms for control panels, and repairs. This project was completed in 2009 with a final construction cost of just under $850,000 and funded by FEMA.
D’Iberville WWTF & Transmission System

Seymour Engineering was hired by Harrison County Utility Authority to develop a new wastewater treatment facility (WWTF). This project included a new wastewater treatment facility, transmission, and effluent lines. It was completed in 2011 with a final construction cost of $21 million and funded by the Gulf Regional Disaster Recover Non-Emergency CDBG Program.
Tuxachanie Estate Water System

The City of D’Iberville hired Seymour Engineering to construction a new 750 GPM water well and distribution system. This project was completed in 2005 with a final construction cost of $600,000 and funded by the Community Development Block Grant CDBG Program.
Lamey Bridge Lift Station

Seymour Engineering was hired by the City of D’Iberville to place a new lift station into service on Lamey Bridge road and demolish the obsolete lift station. This project was completed in 2011 and cost almost $70,000.
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Jefferson Davis Campus MGCCC
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College hired Seymour Engineering to take the lead on rehabilitating their sanitary sewer system at their Jefferson Davis campus. This project included installation of approximately 800 linear feet of 8″ sanitary sewer line, grouting and capping approximately 800 linear feet of 8″ concrete sanitary sewer line, and installation of approximately 194 linear feet of polyethylene liner.
